SLEIGH-Bells: Full Body Kettlebell Workout
Can you believe it’s already December?! I sure can’t!
To start this month off right I wanted to give you this sleighBELLS workout using only a kettlebell.
If you’ve been meaning to start your fitness journey all year, now it the time to start!!
Don’t wait until the new year to start changing your habits! Start today, with this single workout to get you in the fitness groove. Try this kettlebell workout!
P.S: If you don’t own a kettlebell or your gym doesn’t have them, use a gallon of water filled up or a filled up laundry detergent gallon.
All of the exercises below will be used with only one kettlebell so for the single arm/leg exercises, be sure to hit both sides! Watch the videos below each exercise to understand how to exactly do each movement correctly.
Perform each of the following exercises for 3-4 rounds each depending on your physical ability
10-12 reps per side Single arm kettlebell overhead press
15-20 reps Kettlebell Deadlift
12-15 reps per side Single arm upright row
12-15 reps Goblet squat
10-12 reps Bent over single arm row
8-10 reps per side Kettlebell lunge
Try to get in between each rep range and attempt to stick to it for each round. It will be hard but fight through that burn!
